Join over 200 women of all ages from the Shuswap area who get together to engage in activities for physical and mental health and an appreciation of the natural world. We support a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere where we can seek physical fitness at an individual pace. New members are always welcome.

Membership is free for those who are 80 years of age or older as long as they have been a paying member for one year.  However, a Membership Form and a Waiver Form must still be completed and signed each year.

If you are paying by cheque, please complete Membership and Waiver forms, sign them both and mail together with a cheque made payable to Shuswap Lady Striders in the amount of $20.00 for the annual membership fee. 

If you are paying by e-transfer, please complete the Membership and Waiver forms,  sign them both and email to ladystriders@gmail.com or mail to the address below.

When you mail the above, if you wish to have the membership card mailed to you, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. You need this card to take advantage of the discounts some local merchants offer Strider members. Otherwise, it will be given to you at a later date.

A name tag will be prepared for you and the Promotions Coordinator will email you when the tag is ready.

Should you join October 1st or onward in any given year, your membership will be valid for the following year as well.  For example, if you join October 5, 2023 your membership will be active for the remainder of 2023 and all of 2024.   

However, if you join any time prior to October 1st, you will need to renew your membership for the following year.  For example, if you join September 20, 2023 your membership will be active for 2023 and you will need to renew your membership for 2024.
